As explained, we have not provided any photos or videos showing the issue you are experiencing. When a product issue is reported, we generally require evidence so that we can properly investigate and resolve the matter.

The dimensions of our bottles are clearly listed on the product page to help customers choose the size that best suits their needs. For customers looking for a smaller and lighter option, our 595ml bottle may be a better fit.

With regard to discounts, you used a 15% discount on your purchase and also received a further 20% discount code for leaving a review. Given that discounts were provided both before and after your purchase, we're not entirely sure what additional voucher you feel was missing from your experience.
