Shipping Policy

Freddies (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is the operator of freddiesofficial.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity and set shared expectations between you and Freddies.


Shipping Costs

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland
Tracked shipping within the Republic of Ireland is €4.95, and Northern Ireland is £4.95. Orders over €75.00 / £75.00 qualify for free shipping.

United Kingdom
Tracked shipping to the UK is offered at a reduced rate of €4.95. Delivery typically takes up to 6 business days. Orders over £75.00 qualify for free shipping.

United States (Weight-Based Shipping)
All U.S. orders are shipped via tracked delivery (5–6 working days).

Shipping costs are based on total order weight:

0kg – 1kg = $20.00
1kg – 1.5kg = $28.00
1.5kg – 2kg = $35.00

Important information for U.S. customers

Our bottles are manufactured in China and shipped from Ireland. U.S. Customs calculates duties and tariffs based on the country of origin, not the country of dispatch.

From 29 August 2025, the United States suspended the duty-free allowance (“de minimis”), which means that import duties and tariffs now apply to most parcels regardless of value. Freddies stainless steel bottles, including the 595ml, 1L, and 3-in-1 Dog Bottles, are typically subject to approximately 15% import duty, plus any small processing fees and carrier handling charges.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fee. Your carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid and a parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product price only, less the original shipping costs.

France, Germany & Netherlands
Tracked shipping is €4.95 and delivery usually takes up to 6 business days. Orders over €75.00 qualify for free shipping.


Delivery Terms

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. External delays due to logistics or customs may impact delivery time. If you haven’t received your order after 21 working days, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.

Standard Delivery Times
Shipping within Ireland usually takes 1–2 business days. Orders to locations outside Ireland typically arrive within 5–6 business days.

Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available to P.O. boxes.

Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable item and dispatch the rest of your order.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will contact the courier to investigate.

Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can follow the status of your delivery.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service team. If you receive a damaged parcel while not present at delivery, contact us with details and photos, and we’ll advise on the next steps.

Damaged Parcel Process
If your parcel is damaged in transit, we will offer a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.

Lost Parcel Process
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will offer a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.


Other Terms

Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you may cancel it by contacting us. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
