Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@freddiesofficial.ie. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Freddies does not cover return shipping.

You must arrange the return using your preferred shipping method. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. If a return is lost in transit and was not sent using a tracked service, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

3. Partial Refunds for Bundle Offers

If you return part of a bundle offer, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the price of the items you are keeping. The refund will be calculated based on the difference between the original discounted price and the value of the items you are returning, with the bundle discount removed.

4. Item Condition & Inspection

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If the item is damaged, marked, or not in resellable condition, your return will be voided, and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or store credit in such cases.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 to 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If there is an issue, we will assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, undamaged, and unused in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Complaints

We are committed to excellent customer service. If you have any concerns, please email info@freddiesofficial.ie with your name, order number (if applicable), and details of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If further investigation is needed, we will keep you updated.
